Angela Dwyer.....

Angela has featured in publications such as The Independent, Elle and Tatler, to name but a few.

She completed her formal training at Westminster Catering College (where Jamie Oliver also attended), and went on to work and develop her skills at several well-known London restaurants before moving to California for a while to work as a chef at Chez Panisse. She returned to London and worked as Head Chef at renowned restaurants including; 192, Zuma, The Wilds and The Groucho Club.

The Peak Restaurant has an 'open kitchen' environment where our customers can see Angela carefully preparing their meal to order. Angela cooks using Welsh produce whenever possible and always gives careful consideration to special dietary requirements when preparing the restaurant's menus, which change monthly and always include gluten free and vegetarian options.
